STRENGTH & CONDITIONING FOR CYCLING

These sessions are specifically designed to improve your cycling performance, and are lead by an experienced strength and conditioning coach who works with elite level athletes. The sessions will work on improving your strength & power to produce more force into the pedals by increasing leg strength & power and core strength & stability. This will also improve your cycling efficiency, recovery, and reduce your risk of injury.

OUR COACH

Ash is an elite level coach who is the lead coach for our group sessions and can provide bespoke 1:1 coaching to help you achieve your cycling performance related goals. Ash has a Masters Degree in Sport and Exercise Science, and is the only UKSCA accredited strength & conditioning coach in Shrewsbury, which is the highest level strength & conditioning qualification in the UK.

WHAT'S THE COST?

We are currently offering group sessions and 1:1 sessions in our private coach friendly facility.  Contact us today if you want to improve your cycling performance!

Group Sessions

Group sessions are £10 per sessionpaid monthly to reserve your space. Sessions are capped at 6 people and are lead by an experienced coach, you will also receive a programme you can follow on other days during the week, as well as many other benefits mentioned above.

1:1 Coaching

We are currently offering an introductory taster session for £30 (40% off). Our sessions there after are between £40-50 per hour, we know our prices are premium, but that’s because we offer Shropshire’s only and best strength & conditioning for cycling service.
