Ash has a vast amount of experience from general clients to elite level athletes and organisations, including universities, youth academies, professional sports teams, Olympic and Paralympic programmes. He currently leads the physical preparation for world level athletes, specifically in preparation for the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic and Olympic games. Ash has a masters degree in sport & exercise science and is the only UKSCA accredited strength & conditioning coach in Shrewsbury.
Ash is currently the lead performance coach for the Great Britain Archery Olympic and Paralympic squads, working for the English Institute of Sport which is the hub of sport science support for almost all Olympic and Paralympic sports in the UK. He also is a consultant and lead performance coach for Scottish Rugby’s SQ programme, looking after their U16-U20 international youth players in England and France, as well as managing the physical performance programme for the GB Archery Youth programme.
He previously was the Head of Strength & Conditioning at a professional rugby union team, and led several performance programmes at Sheffield Hallam University, England Basketball, Sheffield FC, and many more. Ash has worked in over 20 sports giving him a broad range of understanding the physical requirements of different sports and a wealth of coaching experience and results.
Jonny Bucke BSc MSc MCSP MMACP

Jonny is a Chartered Physiotherapist, who qualified from the University of Birmingham and has gone on to gain extensive experience in high performance sport. Jonny currently works for the English Institute of Sport as the lead physiotherapist for the Great Britain Men’s Artistic Gymnastics team; with highlights including working at several European and World Championships and the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.
Alongside this, Jonny has completed a Masters degree (MSc) in Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy, has undergone further specialist training in Acupuncture and Sports Massage and has published research internationally focusing on the spine in the field of physiotherapy. He is also currently studying a post graduate diploma in Sports Medicine.
Jonny has previously worked in professional football with Reading FC and semi-professional rugby. He has also worked in the NHS across multiple different settings, including musculoskeletal outpatients, orthopaedics, elderly rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation and intensive care.
