YOUR PROGRAMME

This membership is designed to give you all the tools you need to achieve your goals. Your programme will be written by Ashley Downing, to make sure you receive the highest quality programme possible. Ash has a Masters Degree in Sport and Exercise Science, and is the only accredited strength & conditioning coach in Shrewsbury, which is the highest level health & performance related qualification in the UK.

GROUP SESSIONS & CLASSES

GROUP COACHING SESSIONS (60 MINUTES)

We offer a range of different group sessions, specifically designed around different training goals rather than normal classes which are just designed to beast you… Group sessions include Learn To Lift, Child To Champion, and Sports Performance sessions. Click here for more information!

Our sessions are coach led, meaning you are coached through a range of exercises to make sure you are performing them safely and optimally to get results. These are a great alternative to 1:1 sessions to receive the same quality of coaching at a much lower price.

MET CON SESSIONS (30 MINUTES)

These sessions are designed to be short and sharp high intensity workouts which are safe for everyone and will achieve optimal results through scientifically underpinned session planning and delivery by an expert level coach. Click here for more information!

These sessions can be made as difficult as you need them to be, the harder you work the more challenging it will become. Similarly, our coach will be able to regress or progress exercises as needed to suit individuals of different abilities and fitness levels! Come and give one a go and see what you think!
